When ordering, I made a mistake, so I sent an email. The staff was quickly to respond and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The package came a few days late, but I recieved an email informing me. The packaging was done nicely and the product was exactly what I was hoping for. I just wish I recieved a knife comb or pen.
